  "descriptionDetail": "Það var árið 2003 í eldhúsi einu í Kaupmannahöfn að æskuvinirnir Mikkel Borg Bergsö og Kristian Keller hófu að prófa sig áfram við að brugga bjór af miklum eldmóði enda báðir miklir bjóráhugamenn. Reynsla þeirra þar til þarna einskorðaðist á þeim tíma frekar við að drekka bjór fremur en að brugga hann, þó gátu þeir nýtt eitthvað úr reynslubankanum við bjórgerðina þar sem annar þeirra starfaði sem stærðfræði kennari en hinn eðlisfræði kennari. Verkefnið stækkaði hratt og var fyrirtækið Mikkeller formlega stofnað árið 2006. Í dag fást vörur þeirra í yfir 50 löndum væiðsvegar um heiminn.",
